Refund Conditions

"A non-refundable deposit of the first (2) two weeks prepaid rent is required to confirm a booking at Link2 Student Living."

"Refunds may be considered in specific situation relating to family death, severe illness or other such special cases. Details must be provided in writing to Link2 Student Living prior to the commencement of the accommodation period. Any such request will be reviewed on a case by case basis. It is at the discretion of Link2 Student Living to determine if any monies are to be refunded in whole or part."

"All approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days of approval on accordance with the original payment method. The above refund policy is applicable to all bookings unless the agent has an alternative refund policy arranged with Link2 Student Living, and confirmed in writing by Link2 Student Living."
